1. What this is
One Minute sells timed promotional placements. Each paid minute points one button on the homepage to your chosen destination for 60 seconds. A higher bid places your minute earlier in the queue. Every paid minute is guaranteed to run.
2. Not a game of chance
You are buying advertising/attention time — nothing more. There is no prize, no wager, no chance-based outcome, and no investment or financial return. Your bid amount only controls queue priority.
3. Payment and refunds
Payments are processed by Stripe. All sales are final. Because a paid minute is always delivered, we do not issue refunds for changes in queue position — if someone outbids you, your minute still runs; it simply runs later. We may, at our discretion, refund a placement we remove under Section 4.
4. Acceptable content
By purchasing, you confirm you have the right to promote your destination and that it does not contain illegal, deceptive, adult, or malicious content. We may disable or remove any placement that violates these terms or that we deem harmful, unlawful, or abusive, with or without notice.
5. No warranty; liability
The service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the placement at issue.
